JAPEX 2005 will be held from October 28 (Fri.) through 30 (Sun.), about one week earlier than usual.

At the moment I am writing this article, only 40 and odd days are left for us. Those who are intending to join JAPEX as exhibitors, stand holders or visitors are requested to prompt their preparations and to fix their itineraries.

I have a good news! This year we can expect many entries from overseas. Inquiries and applications are coming from UK, USA, Australia, etc. JAPEX 2005 will surely be a multi-national and cross-cultural philatelic event.

Let’s gather and enjoy philately together through warm and friendly conversations. Besides philately, Japan in late October through early November is a recommendable season for tourism. You can enjoy autumn views of red and golden leaves and chrysanthemums. Why don’t you take a chance?
