JAPEX'06 IS A SPECIAL EVENT!

Preparations for JAPEX'06 are going on smoothly. It is an annual event, however, JAPEX'06 is specially planned to celebrate and to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the JPS.
It is full of special projects:- (1) ''40 Years since the Inscription of ''NIPPON'' was added on postage stamps'', (2) 130th Anniversary of KOBAN Series,
(3) Centenary of Stamp Booklet, (4) Triumphal exhibits from Washington 2006, (5) Special exhibits of Australian stamps.
Of course, Competition Classes (Regular and Championship), Jury exhibits and other events are included as every year.

One big news! Mr. Kenneth G. Clark (UK) will be awarded ''The A. M. Tracey Woodward Memorial JPS International Grand Award'' during the session of JAPEX'06.
Details of this honorable recognition will appear in the next issue.

JAPEX'06 is to be held at the Cultural Hall (Bunka Kaikan), Sunshine City, Ikebukuro and at the Philatelic Museum, Mejiro, Tokyo as every year on November 3-5.
Do plan to visit JAPEX'2006 now, and enjoy the sightseeing of Japan in its best season.
