"Shakaiwo akarukusuru undo", the Crime Prevention Campaign, is a nationwide campaign, which aims to decrease crimes and juvenile delinquents for a better society. It is the annual campaign held since 1951. The stamps depict sunflowers, which are the symbol of the campaign.
