(Small Notes for the issue)

To commemorate the China 2009 World Philatelic Exhibition, which was held at Luo Yang, Chinese flower "Peony" was selected as a theme of Philatelic Week 2009. All stamps depict a part of the paintings of both Japanese and Chinese painters. "Botan" by a Japanese painter, Kanashima Keika, is famous for his beautiful and gorgeous art work.Two well known Chinese modern art painters, Yu Fei An's "Botan Houjyaku ", and Ren Bo Nian's "Botan" were also selected.
