(Small Notes for the issue)
The first temporary building in foreground was completed in November 24th, 1890 and a memorable opening ceremony was held on November 29th. The National Diet Building was completed in November 1936 and it has been familiar to people as a symbol of Japan's parliamentary politics until today. Stained glass ceiling of the central hall is designed in background.
