The motif of this stamp, Rishiri Rebun Sarobetsu National Park, holds both Rishiri and Rebun island as well as vast coastal wetland of Sarobetsu plane, Wakasakanai sand dune forest. The stamp depicts Rebun shiogama, flora of Rebun Island, and Mount Rishiri.
