[Note on the Stamps]
The 68th National Afforestation Ceremony, the annual main event of the campaign, was held on May 28th in Toyama. The stamps are issued to commemorate this occasion, depicting trees that were planted at the ceremony, and trees and flowers of Toyama Prefecture. In advance of the postage rate cange on 2017 June 1, the stamps are issued as ¥62 value.
